You want relief, clarity, and someone who genuinely understands what you’re going through.
You’re in the right place.
I offer personalized, telehealth therapy for adults in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois, rooted in warmth, compassion, and practical strategies that help you move forward.
Therapy That Feels Grounded and Supportive
My approach blends ACT, CBT, and person-centered therapy, helping you:
-
Reduce anxiety and constant overthinking
-
Break cycles of perfectionism and self-criticism
-
Heal from trauma and difficult past experiences
-
Strengthen self-esteem and self-trust
-
Navigate relationship stress and emotional burnout
-
Understand patterns that keep you stuck—and learn how to shift them
Together, we’ll make space for your thoughts and emotions while building tools that genuinely fit your life.

A Therapist Who Meets You Where You Are
With over 14 years of experience and board certification (NCC, CCMHC, BC-TMH), I focus on real, human connection—not a high-volume, rushed therapy model. You’ll get consistent presence, practical guidance, and a space where you don’t have to hold everything together.
You don’t have to wait until you’re at a breaking point.
Support is ready whenever you are.

About Me

I’m Amber Teubert, a board-certified therapist with over 14 years of experience. I offer telehealth therapy for adults in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois, with a focus on anxiety, trauma, self-confidence, and the emotional weight that comes with always being the one who holds everything together.
My clients are often high-achievers, caregivers, helpers, or people who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. Many tell me they’ve spent years putting themselves last, doubting themselves, or pushing through stress until it becomes too much.
In therapy, you don’t have to do that anymore.
I blend ACT, CBT, and person-centered therapy to help you understand your patterns, build self-confidence, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned with your values. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on what matters to you.
I’m not a “just breathe and think positive” kind of therapist.
You’ll get practical tools, emotional insight, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure or judgment.
What You Can Expect With Me
