Welcome to Serenity Therapy

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or challenges from past experiences?

Are life transitions leaving you feeling stuck or unsure of yourself?

You don’t have to navigate this on your own.

Together, we’ll lighten the weight you carry, calm the inner noise, and help you reconnect with the part of yourself that feels authentic, steady, and strong.

How I Can Help

I work with adults ready to:

  • Break free from anxiety & overthinking

  • Release self-doubt & people-pleasing patterns

  • Heal from past experiences

  • Navigate life transitions & burnout

  • Rebuild self-esteem & set healthy boundaries

…and much more.

You don’t need to have it all figured out

you just need a supportive space to start.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

As required by federal law under the No Surprises Act, we are providing the following notice about your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

If you are not using insurance or are using out-of-network benefits, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

You will receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for services before your session begins.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service, and you can also request an updated estimate at any time during your care.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
or call (800) 985-3059.
